A girl suffers from a chronic kidney disease and is in need of transplant. But her twin sister suffers from sexual abuse from the very illegal donor their aunt enlists to help them. Rather than reporting the illegal donor to the authorities and lose their chance for transplant, both twins recede to the dark fantasy and magic of their town's mountain where locals believe that whoever goes there shall never return. One twin disappears in the mountain. The other decides to find and follow her there. A fantastical trauma.
